Collaborations to mobilise resources

The programme has mobilised substantial technical and financial resources to date through the ASEAN Secretariat and the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund, UNICEF EAPRO and the SEAMEO Secretariat, and Southeast Asian Ministers; to promote the SEA-PLM programme’s new strategic vision, pillars, model and activities. These partnerships are paramount in strengthening SEA-PLM’s relevance and sustainability in fostering regional cohesion and improving assessment, learning, and equity in basic education in the region.
